Abstract Since the year 2003,China has started the project of the saving and protection of the national civil traditional culture.This assay,according to the different existing situation of the non-material heritage in China,respectively expounds some issues on the protection,restoration and re-building of the cultural ecology;also it points out that people should put the cultural ecology at the top of the protection projectlist.
