Abstract Educational regulation is a hard process of educational law system.It needs not only the broad supporting from every world of our society but also the effort from teaching staff together.There are a great number of work to do during building our national education law system comparing with the western.This paper has analyzed the basic situation of building our national education law system and the reasons and measures of educational regulation from the subjectivity of running school,the juristic status of school,the independent right of running school,the collocation of educational resource and the educational right.
