Abstract The practice of intellectual property system must be based on self-identity of culture.Basing on the benign intercommunion mechanism between intellectual property system and intellectual property culture,we should construct a wisdom intellectual property culture which can suit to our country's excellent traditional culture and the level of economic development,and can accept the trend of international harmonization for intellectual property system,and also can respond well to the target of constructing innovative country.
