Abstract Game online is a hot concern of contemporary society. This paper told the nature differences between the traditional "face-to-face" games and modern computer games with the help of the analytical method of the economics,and analyzed the positive and negative effects in the games online through the external concept.Furthermore,it pointed out the monitoring strategies and management trails of games online for the government.
