Abstract The amounts of floating people has accounted for ten percent of the whole population in China.Rural migrant workers have been the principal part in floating people.But there are some barriers that rural migrant children accept compulsory education for some limited conditions.Nowadays it is a focus in education.It is keys that relates to education equity,compulsory education popularization and civil diathesis improvement for solving the problem.So it needs to be concerned with all walks of life and the unite-harmony of departments.
