Abstract Given the present economic development,educational caring can hopefully elevate the quality of the inclusive education in China by reducing handicapped children's ethical fear,fostering positive psychological character,improving school administration,developing caring teacher-student relation and peer group relations,and employing efficient teaching methods.This paper analyzes this viewpoint both theoretically and practically.
