| Outline of the Study on the Modern Transformation of Chinese Literary Criticism |

Abstract The thesis deems that to obtain better academic results, researchers who committed themselves to studying on the modern transformation of Chinese literary criticism should build their researches on multi-points of views comprising morphological, axiological and genetic approaches and viewpoints, and proceed their researches along the route of depicting phenomenon-summing-up rules --theories introspection. The thesis summarizes ten main phenomenon of the modern transformation of Chinese literary criticism. Also, it reveals the basics laws of the modern transformation of Chinese literary criticism of its mechanism, courses, values and patterns. Meanwhile, the thesis reflects and anticipates on the construction and development of future literary criticism.
