| The Participatory Governance Based on Elite-lead——The Exploration of Village Governance Mode from the Perspective of Authority and Democratic Relation |

Abstract After the implementation of China rural autonomy system,rural elites and villagers have been given a legal political resources of governing village,and become an important factor to decide whether village governance can suceed.The rural elites-governance are the leaders that the villagers elect,decide the direction of village development,while the villagers are decisive force to carry out village governance,play the main role in the goal of village governance.Through the dynamic research of village governance,The article explores the village governance mode that the elite-lead organically combined with villager-participation from the relation of elite-authority and democratic participation.
