| On the Procuratorial Supervision in Criminal Proceeding |

Abstract The procuratorial supervision in criminal proceeding,as the most striking expression of the legal authority of procuratorate,is a legal system throughout the whole criminal proceeding.But for quite a long time,this system is in an awkward position in legislation,which no doubt weakens in practice the supervision to certain extend,thus leading to unsatisfactory results.This paper is to give a systematic study on the procuratorial supervision in criminal proceeding based on its practical operation.We propose that reconstruction on procuratorial supervison in criminal proceeding is required so as to promote procuratorial supervison in criminal proceeding and to help regulating procuratorial practice.
