Abstract Solving the educational problem of urban peasant-workers' children will help to accelerate the sustainable development of urban economy and the construction of harmonious society.The urban government shall take effective measures including constructing and perfecting governmental coordination and cooperating institutions,reforming the investing institution of compulsory education,strengthening the comprehensive management of schools for urban peasant-workers' children and clearing other obstacles to the compulsory education of urban peasant-workers' children.
