Abstract Students’ individual education choice is closely related to popularize the education of senior high school. This paper based on the research on the micro survey data of the junior high school students’ willingness to choose the education，finds that the first choice of the junior high school graduates is to accept the general senior high school education. There is a significant difference between male and female. The higher the father’s education level，the higher the education will of their children. Nationality， age， achievement performance will significantly affect the junior high school students’ education choice. The education choices are more based on their father’s attitude. The hardware condition of the junior high school has a positive effect on improving the students’ choice of education.
