Abstract The transmission channels of the His-yu stories after the 100-chapters version’s publishing could be divided into two kinds：paper transmission and stage transmission. The scenic texts of the stories do not obey the original novel strictly. On one hand，the scenic texts adopt the experiences in the novel which are applicable for the stage， on the other hand， they reform the stories combining with art rules of the scenic literature and aesthetic fashions of the Qing Dynasty. The story of Bull King’s family is a typical case.
