Abstract The Paris Commune established in 1871 is the inheritance and development of French revolutionary spirit.But，compared with the system of the commune in the middle ages and the Paris Commune during the French Revolution，it has completely different characteristics.It constructed a complete commune system from six aspects， became the first state power under the dictatorship of the proletariat， and created four new socialist development paths of political power construction， economic construction， political construction， and democratic construction.
