Abstract：Three origins of bipolar band in in-situ electrochemically modulating FTIR reflection absorption spectroscopy were given and verified with spectra obtained from CO/Pt, CN-/Pt and pyridine/Cu systems. The computer imitated spectra were used for explaining the results.
