Abstract：This paper, taking into account the contribution made by the self-gravity, internal stress and internal motion to the gravitational radiation, modifies the gravitational radiation table for Vela and Crab which was worked out by M. Zimmermann. This proves of certain value of reference to both those who specialize in theory and those who do laboratory researches.
