Abstract：This article is that introduce origin. Separation and form of definition about carbohydrate compounds from point of view in history of chemistry. Similarly, it also described determing structure and confeguration and syntesis for carbohydrate compounds, It is useful to learn formed, found and developmented about carbohydrate chemistry.
