Abstract:Result of research and investigation into the effects of bio-rhythm of the human body on athietic performance indicate that, in a qualifying competition among athletes of the same classification, it is possible to more accurately predcet the optimal performance of those athletes whose bio-rhythm is at an intellectual and physical high point, but at an emotional equiliberism, or when their biorhythm ts at an intellectual high but a physical and emotional equiliberism.
