Abstract：In this paper, the developing process of probability theory are introduced, which from the middle of seventeenth century(?) to now. In the first part, the historical reasons which caused the birth of probability is discussed and also the major works done by the early mathematicians. In the second part, we disscuss process that probability how change into a accurate science from a inaccurate branch of mathematics. In the end, several the developing directions of modern probability are briefly introduced.
