Abstract：In this paper, we have determined technical possibility and related technical parameters in production of glucose by using technique of membrane electrodialysis. It's shown that percentage desalting and efficiency current can reach 97.3% and 86.6% respectively at the condition of operating current density 7A/16.2 dm~2, rate of flow 200 mL/min and cyclic operation refining. No loss of glucose be discovered in qualitative analysis. We have also determined maximum permissible electric currents at different rates of flow.
