Abstract：The acariaidal activity of some o-alkyl-o-(2-alkoxy-carboxyphenyl phosphoramidothioates have been determined and the quantitative relationship between their structure acaricidal activity was analyzed using physicochemical parameters of the substituents by regression analysis. It was found that the space parameters and the polar effect parameter of substituents are important to the acaricidal activity.
