Abstract：This paper studied the process of purification of mollucicidal component from Streptomyces oderifer no. 339,which was isolated from the soil sample collected from the Schitosomiasis epidemic area. The purifying process include: cultivation, extract, concentration, Al_2O_3chromatograph, chemical colour reaction. We also compared the influences of different culture condition and isolating condition on production of mollucicidal component. We preliminarily estimated the mollucicidal component was indol compound.
