Abstract:The soluble protein content changed in the form of ascendant curves during dedifferentiation of the shoot section in Asparagus officinalis (L). There werechanges of different degree in the activities and bands of esterase, peroxidase andsuperoxide dismutase isozymes. Both the activities of NSE and POD had threepeaks, respectively in 5th day, 7th day and 11th day, they corresponded with themorphological characters during dedifferentiation of the shoot section, The activityof SOD had two peaks,respectively in 4th day and 11th day,There were the specific bands of ESA,POD and SOD isozymes in the different stages of dedifferentiationin the shoot section.
