Abstract：Shuibuya hyplraulic development enginning which is been design,on the Qingjiang,is within Chang Ling village,Badong county bourdary. According to impremplete statisties,2 901 species and infraspecific taxa belonging to 855 genera and 186 families are known,of wlich 37 species be precious,rare and danger plants for conservation of China, 10.1% of the total conservation plants of China. Based on analysing the areal types of 855 genera the temperate elements are dominant of the floristic composition .Many elements origed very ancient and relic .The vegetatian in the region is divided 5 vegetation type groups, and further subdivided into 9 vegetation types and 21 formations.The vertical distribution of the vegetation is usually very clearly defined. The vegetation in the reservior region plays decisive role for water quality and flowing water volune ,and protecting soil and preverting water and soil erosion of Qingjiang River;The plants in the region have many important economic and develop values .We think it is a importment nature region in biological gene bake of China because many ancient ,precious, near to extinction plants are comserved in the area. The vegetation will produce effect significantly in the rise and full.Security and danger of Shuibuya Hyplraulie development engining.
