Abstract:This paper attempts to determine the viabiIity and infectivity of parasiticI,anvae of AgamernIis "ha)Igshaensis (Bao et al, 1992) and AnlPhin1ernis sp. at vari-ous temperature. The results of this study showed that at o C, more than 99% ofpre-parasitic larvae of A changshaensis could live for 12 day, 6% of them could livefor 22 day; while at 28-32 C,the 64 % only lived for about 2 day. At 0 C, morethan 63 % of pre-parasitic larvae of Amphinler)Iis sp- could live for a week; while at28-32 C, the 8O% of them. only lived for ahout 2 day. The results indicated thatlow temperature preservation may prolong the survival time and keep the infectivityof the pre-parasitic larvae of these two species-
