Abstract：This article focuses on the problems of process allocation and load distributing in locally distributed systems. The authors mainly discuss a kind of process allocation models and some issues of load balancing adjustment algorithms. Insome database system which has complex middleware, this model and algorithmsprovide a feasible method on raising system response speed and load distributing ability.
