Abstract：Seven new Schiff bases containing 5-amino-lH-1, 2, 4-triazole-3-methylcarboxylate have been synthesized from 5-amino-1H-1, 2, 4-tr1azole-3-carboxylicacid. Their yields and physical properties are firstly reported. The structures of com-pound are confirmed by UV'IR H NMR and elemental analysis- Biological activitytest in Iab0ratory indicates that these Schiff bases of triazole have fine bioactivity.
