Abstract：The study of quantitatlve analysis of carbofuran by TLC and fluorimetryis described in this paper. There is a linear relation in 10-300 ng/spot of carbofu-ran and as little as 0. 5 ng/spot of pesticide can be detected- Natural water samplescan be anaIysed to determine concentration of carb0furan of a few parts billion withhigh recoveries and without the necessity of a clean-up step.
