Abstract：Three water soluble acrylic resins are prepared by polymerizing esters acrylate,acrylic acid,methylacrylic acid, esters methylacrylate with phenylethene or ethylene acetate in present of water or alcohol and initiating agent. Properties of the acrylic resins are characterized.Results show that the resins possess excellent character, i.e. adhibity,watersolubility,expansion after dry for water,anti acidity or bascity and brightness in the products of same type.
