Abstract：This paper establishes an endogenous economic growth model with government expenditure,based on this model,discusses the effect of tax policy on economic growth,describes the relation of optimal tax and optimal economic growth rate. Additionally,this paper also establishes that optimal tax path has the turnpike property.
