Abstract：A novel difused heterocyclic compounds containing 1,2,4 triazolopyrimidine and 1,2,4 triazolo 1,3,4 thiadiazoles are designed and synthesized based on the staring material 2 mercapto 5,7 dimethyl 1,2,4 triazolopyrimidine. All compounds synthesized are identified by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some compounds display fungicidal activity to some extent. Further bioassay are on the way.
