Abstract：The Middle Route Project of South to North Water Transfer is a large water conservancy project. It will exert great influences on the surrounding environment if being carried out. Therefore, environmental analysis and forcecast must be made carefully, such as an assessment of water transfer's influences on water supply area's environment, hydrotogic change's influences on the environment of the middle-lower reaches of Hanjiang River, and the assessment of drowning and emigrating action's influences on Danjiangkou Reservoir.
