Abstract：The total hemocyte count (THC) of Heliothis armigera infected by Ovomermis cinensis were increased significantly at the sixteenth hour, especially the amount of plasmatocytes and graulocytes. Results show that esterase activities and soluble protein of hemolymph changed greatly on the fourth day by spectrophotometric method. The hemolymph pathological biochemistry changes were further measured by means of gel electrophoresis.
