Abstract：Ten new benzamide containing 1,2,4-triazole have been synthesized by amidaction of 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylate and substituted benzene carbonic chloride. The structures of compound are confirmed by ()~1H NMR,IR and elementary analysis. The results of preliminary test on wheat sprout and sheath,cucumber cothledom and cucumber striking root show that some of the target compounds have fine plant hormone activity.
