Abstract：We study the asymptotic behavior of solution of n dimensional cooperative Lotka-Volterra system. By using the qualitative theory of differential equations and dynamical system theory, the existence conditions of positive steady states of this system is derived, and a easily verifiable sufficient conditions that guarantee the global stability of the system are obtained.
