Abstract：The paper introduced how to make nano-CuO with heated crystal method and its process, and analyzed on their images. Compared the closed globe nano-CuO made by sol-gel method with the nano-CuO made by heated crystal method, the latter had a sheeted image with a self-separate appearance and a bigger face rate.
