Abstract：The application of microwave technique in the carbon cathode of Li/SOCl2 is discussed in this paper. By mixing PTEF with water, carbon powder and relative additives together and controlling the microwave power and heat time, the assembled carbon cathode will have suitable porosity and aperture, which will enhance the performance of Li/SOCl2 battery.
