Abstract：A systematical investigation on the Amphibia and Reptilia in Wanghu Nature Reserve Was carried out in 2004. 27 species of Amphibia and 38 species of Reptilia were recorded respectively in Wanghu Wetland Nature Reserve. The composition of community, type of geographical distribution and protective class of Amphibia and Reptilia were studied. The administrant method was suggested.
