Abstract:Disperse method is used to synthesis half generation and 1.0-4. 0 generation PAMAM, and use of column to pure them. Their structures were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, and we research the influence of pH on their fluorescence. The result indicates that when pH=2 the fluorescence intensity of PAMAM is the highest. Moreover, the fluorescence intensity is line-relation with their concentation.
