Abstract：Human papillomavirus 16 is the main factor inducing uterine cervix cancer. The late protein L1 can form the virus-like particles in vivo or vitro spontaneously. We constructed a DNA vaccine vector pDRVI1.0-16L1 and prepared the antibody by immunizing BalB/c mice. Also we have identified its specificity and layed a good foundation on the study and application for prophylactic vaccine for human papillomavirus 16L1.
