Abstract：Mainly by field observation statistic, collecting local past information, formal discussion and visiting indigenes, we made a thematic survey on diversity of amphibia and reptilia. The result indicates that there are 22 species of amphibia and 33 species of reptilia in mountain Wanchaoshan Nature Reserve. The composition of community, type of geographical distribution and protective class were studied. The administrant method was suggested.
