挤条成型Mg/Sn/W复合氧化物催化剂制备及性能表征

摘要 对Mg/Sn/W复合氧化物催化剂粉末成型工艺进行了研究,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对其进行了表征,讨论了不同粘结剂及粘结剂含量、造孔剂及造孔剂含量、焙烧温度等工艺条件对催化剂成型效果的影响,并得出Mg/Sn/W复合氧化物催化剂成型的最佳操作条件为:以拟薄水铝石为粘结剂且含量为15%,合适的胶溶剂含量为5%,干燥温度为80℃,焙烧温度为550℃,并保持3 h.此条件下得到的反应选择性可达86.57%.

Abstract:The forming process of Mg/Sn/W composite oxide catalysts was studied. The characteristics of the catalysts were determined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD),surface detection system (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of different binders, content of binder, different pore-forming agent, content of pore-forming agent and calcination temperature in the preparation process were investigated. Thus the optimum conditions of Mg/Sn/W composite oxide catalyst forming process were determined: the content of proper binder pseudoboehmite sol was 15% and the content of proper activated charcoal was 5%. The drying temperature was 80 centigrade, and the baking temperature was 550 centigrade with the baking time of 3 hours. Under this condition the reaction selectivity is 86.57%.
