Abstract:With the implementation of the “The Belt and Road” initiative, international trade and international port logistics have new opportunities for development. To enhance operational efficiency and overall competitiveness, each port layout the dry port networks. From the perspective of node importance of complex network, the main evaluation index of the dry port location is analyzed, and the possible location of the dry port is put forward by the grey relational analysis method. On this basis, the optimal location of the dry port is obtained by using the mixed integer programming model. The case analysis of NingboZhoushan port shows that, from an economic point of view, two dry ports in Dongyang and Shengzhou should be added to reduce the congestion cost of the goods in Yiwu and other places. Rational layout of dry port is conducive to the optimal allocation of logistics resources and the coordinated development of regional economy.
