Research on video resource description and knowledge organization of intangible cultural heritage

Abstract：Video is an important carrier for the display and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in the era of smart media. Refining the semantic information of intangible cultural heritage videos and building the relationship between them is conducive to the digital development of intangible cultural heritage. In this paper the non-structural features of intangible cultural heritage videos were analyzed with relevant knowledge extracted. An intangible cultural heritage video metadata model was designed based on semantic description， and relevant concepts， attributes and their associations were proposed according to the model. Finally， the video knowledge organization is visually displayed to realize the intelligent application of intangible cultural heritage knowledge. The video knowledge organization based on semantic description is able to show the diversified relationship between intangible cultural heritage knowledge， which is conducive to the standardized expression of intangible cultural heritage knowledge， and is of great significance to the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage in my country.
