Research on bilateral matching multi-objective optimization of the impact of doctor-patient psychological expectation under the constraint of medical resources

Abstract：The paper aims to improve the efficiency of healthcare services and optimize the process by exploring the optimal strategy of doctor-patient matching in online appointment booking and treatment in the context of growing demand for healthcare services. The study focuses on the psychological expectations of doctors and patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment， and constructs a multi-objective decision-making model based on psychological expectations， which is solved and simulated by the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm. The results show that the constructed multi-objective decision-making model and the improved NSGA-Ⅱ have good performance in solving the best matching pairs of doctors and patients， which helps to solve the decision-making problem of matching the supply and demand of medical services that exists in the real world in solving the problem of matching the supply and demand of medical services.
