Abstract：Elisa was used to detect and quantitive the crystal protein of Bacillus thuringiensis var. isarelensis strain 187. The result shows the sensitivity of this method is lng/ml and the most sensitive concentration range detected the crystal protin is beteewn 10~(-3) 10~(-4)mg/ml.
