Abstract：The heavy hybrid mesons QQg are studied. The effective potential between quark-antiquark, quark-gluon and antiquark-gluon are got with the aid of the heavy quarkonium potential, and then the spectra and the wave function of the Q(?)g mesons in spherical symmetric gluon distribution are got using a harmonic oscillator potential.
