On The Supporting Project of Rural Teachers(2015-2020): Effect,Problems and Measures

Abstract:Based on the survey of the implementation of The Supporting Project of Rural Teachers(2015-2020) issued in 2015 in more than 120 rural primarysecondary schools in 6 provinces,this paper finds that, The policy has achieved positive results,but there are some problems in the implementation of the policy. It then suggests some measures, such as strengthening efforts to propaganda, building provinceoriented salary guarantee mechanism for rural teachers, strictly carrying out the supplementary and withdrawal mechanism, improving the system of teacher positions management, and etc.
