Abstract:In this paper, the global well-posedness and the longtime dynamics of the solutions for a class of evolution equations with fractional damping on bounded domains are studied. The main results are focused on the relationships among the growth exponent of the nonlinearity, the global well-posedness and the longtime dynamics of the equations. Under certain growth exponent conditions of the nonlinearity, the existence and uniqueness of the weak solutions are established for the above-mentioned evolution equations.
