“不确定”状态下“共情”的有效性及实现策略——兼论舆论舆情的“共情治愈”与“共情伤害”

摘要 “共情”，是专业心理辅导中辅导者应有的一种态度特质，也是心理疏导过程中使用的一种技术，其目的是达成受辅者“心理治愈”的效果。“共情”不当，极易产生“共情伤害”，尤其在某种“不确定”状态下，自发的“共情”体验更易呈现多面“不确定”的结果。为了有效防止“共情伤害”的出现，“共情”技术的运用需具备一定条件，包括：事实基础、用词准确、慎待真实、适可而止等，并注重“共情”在社会传播和舆情引导中的有效性的提升。

Abstract：Empathy is considered one of the essential traits of a psychological counselor and one of therapeutic approaches. However，improper practice of empathy can easily lead to emotional trauma，especially under uncertain circumstances. In order to avoid negative results，several aspects should be given more attention while evoking empathy，including factual basis， accuracy， balancing truth with caution and setting proper boundaries. Moreover，the improvement of the effectiveness of empathy should be emphasized in mass communication and public opinion guidance.
