In recent years, some scholars have noted the limitations and shortcomings of the research of modern journalism history in China, and they have been trying to expand the space of it from the perspective of the new culture history, the media history and the modern history, and so on. In fact, the modern journalism history in China is not only an important activity of news and communication, but also an important activity of editing and publishing. The study that is on the modern journalism history in China from the perspective of publishing activity has been very weak for many years.
